HOW TO VOLUNTEER

volunteer

Do contact us through the contact page. Whether you are just making a general enquiry or have a specific question we would like to hear from you. Please include an e-mail address and if possible, a contact phone number and/or mobile phone number

If you are thinking seriously of volunteering then we will need a brief Curriculum Vita, with details of area of specialty background. We need an indication of your level of experience. For ENT doctors this refers in particular to otology and otologic surgery.
We can use people with varying levels of experience within teams.
Please mention any previous developing world work or visits to Nepal.

If English is not your first language please indicate your level of fluency in English. If you have relevant additional language skills such as Nepali or Hindi, please mention this.

Volunteers are needed for many roles, for ear camps, for the ear hospital and for home country helpers, examples are below:

- Ear doctors, both trained and trainee
- Anaesthetists, both trained and trainee
- Audiologists
- GPs
- Theatre nurses, preferably with ENT experience
- Fund raisers
- Administrators
- Practical skills
- Those who can help supply equipment and hearing aids

… and many others, so please ask if you think you may like to be involved.

We need people who care and are willing to give their time and skills to help.
